PLAY SYNOPSIS

When he wakes up in a cage, with no idea how he got there, 135 is thrust into the life of a prisoner. Under the threat of the cruel guard, 135 is powerless, and along with the other prisoners he is forced to clean the cage and undergo strange medical procedures. But 135 is not like the other prisoners, who cannot remember their real names. 135 knows who he is and is determined to find out the truth behind why he is being held captive. This futuristic play explores the themes of power, control, the ethics of choices and ultimately what it means to be human.
